The tiara wasn’t going to come in time for my event so I tried to cancel the order, it had already shipped so it was too late. No big deal! Then after I got it I tried to return it like they said I could. This is what they said to me “According to our return and refund policy, customers should be responsible for the shipping cost, taxes, and duties associated with the return parcel.
Affected by COVID-19, I am afraid that the shipping cost is expensive.

Wow, 10% is an awful refund of $3. So I told them I wanted to know the shipping address to see how much it would cost. Never got a response and it’s been 2 months.
